The number that matters is would this have cost money. Everything marked free is a document that never reaches Azure or Textract again. With the comparison on, watch for high recall and low order fidelity: every word present, in the wrong sequence. That is what a two-column layout looks like when it goes wrong, and it is the one failure the percentages alone will not make obvious.
